I wanted to do something fun and different this week. I was thinking about how everyone who works out, whether they are at the gym or going for a run, enjoys listening to music. The music you listen to can say a lot about your personality or just what genres and artists you like. It’s fun to share with others what your favorite tracks are because music is something that brings people together. The amazing thing about music is how each song can make you feel a certain way. It can bring out emotions based on when you heard it or what it makes you reminisce about. I think it’s a cool thing, so here are 10 songs from my workout playlist that you should check out:
