One of the questions I’ve been asked before, and have asked myself, is why don’t I write about fitness more? The Hustle Planet brand was started as a hub for fitness, business, and motivational ideas. The three pillars of ‘Hustle’ in my mind. Well the short answer is this: I don’t have a lot to say about it. The longer answer needs some explanation.
Hey guys, this is Adam. I know it has been a long time since my last article, but I will start writing again. I haven’t gone anywhere; I've been focusing on other projects and things in my life that needed attention.
Cardio is very important to overall health and fitness. It has many proven benefits to your heart and brain health, such as increasing your mood through endorphins, lower blood pressure, increased blood circulation, and higher amounts of energy. But many people either skip cardio or half-ass it.
I recently did an article on the 3 best bodyweight workouts that you can do anywhere. Today I’m going to talk about my personal favorite exercises you can do at the gym. They work great for me, a 26-year-old male, but will be good for anyone.
We all know that getting to the gym can be difficult sometimes. Life gets in the way, work can be overwhelming, personal/family issues arise, it just happens. The good news is that you don’t need a gym membership, but it is highly recommended. If you don’t have a membership or just can’t make it for whatever reason, just do these workouts.
One of the first big role models I had growing up was Chuck Norris. The Chuck Norris 'Facts' came out around 2006 when I was in middle school. I didn’t know much about the man, other than he was a famous martial artist, movie actor, and tough guy. My friends and I would sit around the lunch table and exchange our favorite ‘Facts’ and got into the whole Chuck Norris hysteria that became a pop culture phenomenon.
I wanted to do something fun and different this week. I was thinking about how everyone who works out, whether they are at the gym or going for a run, enjoys listening to music. The music you listen to can say a lot about your personality or just what genres and artists you like. It’s fun to share with others what your favorite tracks are because music is something that brings people together. The amazing thing about music is how each song can make you feel a certain way. It can bring out emotions based on when you heard it or what it makes you reminisce about.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped contribute to Hustle Planet. Whether you read a couple articles, follow us on Instagram, or subscribe to us on WordPress, it is very much appreciated. I have big plans for this website and without you all viewing my content none of it would work.
